Hello Reader, This past month has been a whirlwind of realizations—patterns to release, new layers of leadership to embody. I just had a quick 30-minute call to gain clarity around a few personal relationships, and one truth stood out above all: I deeply, soulfully, value connection. At the core of who I am, I long to feel truly connected to others. Yet, I’m also aware of the duality we live in—where human behavior, shaped by society, often carries a shadow. (Is it time for a rewatch of the Star Wars saga? Absolutely.) But here's where the reflection gets interesting: Some journal prompts that came up for me—and might spark something for you:
On those thoughts, let's dive in. "It is the belief that other people and what they did to you are responsible for who you are now, for your emotional pain or your inability to be your true self." I observe clients, friends, and family feeling worried, stressed, and anxious. The emotional maturity needed to hold tension, both in our homes and workplaces, is more crucial than ever. Awareness, communication, and self-leadership are desperately needed TODAY. In alignment with the creation of my Facebook group and its movement, I am creating my life’s masterpiece: a place where you can learn, practice, and cultivate the tools that will enable you to become the solutions to relationship struggles. Not seeking solutions elsewhere but being the solution—becoming the lighthouse in your environment, restoring connection in your home and workplace, and witnessing the ripple effect it has on those around you. One last thing I want to share with you: Living for yourself is harder than living for others. It takes more courage. We spend so much time trying to do the “right thing.” We chase the good job, the safe path, the polished image. So often, we live for others—for acceptance, recognition, to be liked. Live for yourself first. Not selfishly. But honestly. Talk to you soon,
